JEREMY MASSEY is an Irish writer, who grew up in the undertaking business where he worked solidly for twelve years in Dublin and London. His novel, THE LAST FOUR DAYS OF PADDY BUCKLEY, was published internationally by Penguin, New York.
Along with Russell Friedenberg and Heather Rae from Iron Circle Pictures, he’s developed the novel as a TV series called THE UNDERTAKING, currently pitching to streaming platforms.
As a screenwriter, he’s written screenplays for myriad production companies, most recently writing the script, SET THIS PLACE ALIGHT, about Rory Gallagher for the Gallagher estate and producer, Kweku Mandela.
For producer Kathleen Glynn, he wrote and directed the three-part documentary, SOPHIE: NOBLE CAUSE CORRUPTED, now in post production.
Massey worked with filmmaker and video-game creator, Benjamin Cleary (director of SWAN SONG), writing a novel informing the upcoming video game, YOUMIO, due to be released in 2026.
